REGIONAL OPERATOR ACQUIRES LANCASHIRE CARE HOME IN ANOTHER GLP TAYLORS SALE

In another clear signal that the care sector is experiencing rejuvenation, GLP Taylors is pleased to announce the sale of long-established Lancashire facility – Danesmoor Private Rest Home.

Danesmoor, which is registered for 24 residents, is comprised of 16 single and 4 twin rooms and has been modified to the rear, to include purpose built accommodation. In operation since 1984, the home is situated on the outskirts of the thriving town of Haslingden in Rossendale offering excellent access to all local amenities in a densely populated area.

The home has been sold to a growing North West operator for a figure approaching the initial asking price and funding was provided by Lloyds TSB.
