GLP TAYLORS ON SONG AS NIGHTINGALE HALL IS SOLD TO WELLBURN CARE

Acting on behalf of vendors Paul and Tina Lambert, GLP Taylors is delighted to announce the sale of Nightingale Hall Care Home situated in Gallowgate, Richmond. The home, which enjoys close proximity to the North Yorkshire market town, has been purchased by Wellburn Care Homes of Newburn, Newcastle upon Tyne.

Nightingale Hall which provides care for 34 residents, has 22 single and 6 twin rooms, 17 of which offer en-suite facilities. The Grade 2 listed building was formerly the Officers Mess of the Green Howard’s Regiment and underwent conversion to a nursing home in 1985, whilst retaining all of its original features.

Established in 1986, Wellburn Care Homes now operate 13 homes providing quality residential and nursing care across the North East and Yorkshire. Bank funding for the sale was provided by Yorkshire Bank.
